SavedBy Package Protection is a service we now include on all Bare Bones orders to give you peace of mind in case something goes wrong during shipping. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Route will refund or replace your order quickly — with no extra cost to you.
Why we offer SavedBy
At Bare Bones, we’ve always worked hard to deliver excellent products and customer experiences. But once we hand your package off to our shipping partners (usually UPS or USPS), it’s out of our hands — and unfortunately, things like loss, damage, or theft do occasionally happen.
While these carriers successfully deliver millions of packages, no shipping system is perfect. That’s why we’ve partnered with Route: to ensure you’re supported, no matter what.

How do I file a claim?
Filing a claim is fast and simple — just head to SavedBy's Claims Portal and enter your order number (#S__) and the email address used at checkout. That’s it!
You don’t need to contact Bare Bones — SavedBy’s expert team will handle everything for you and ensure you receive a refund or replacement right away.
What does Bare Bones still cover?
While SavedBy handles shipping-related issues, Bare Bones continues to take full responsibility for:
Defective products
