Your order is protected with SavedBy Package Protection, which covers issues like lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
To file a claim, simply File a Shipping Issue with SavedBy.
You’ll need your store order number (starts with #S__) or your SavedBy ID number, along with the email address used to place the order.
It’s a super simple process — no need to contact Bare Bones unless SavedBy is unable to resolve the issue.
