Our standard shipping time is estimated at 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, time of year, and other factors outside our control (such as carrier delays or weather disruptions). While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates or transit times.

As long as valid tracking information shows that the package is in transit, it is not considered lost, and no refunds will be issued for delayed delivery.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

A note about holiday shipping (Novenber 15 - December 31):

We realize that many people need to get their packages in a hurry at this time of year, and have offered an Expedited level of shipping service to help with this need. However, package delivery services are always flooded with packages during this season, and often are unable to perform at their usual levels of service. We will always do everything we possibly can to meet your needs, but neither we, nor they, can guarantee any specific delivery dates during this time period, and therefore advise that you order well ahead to avoid disappointing delays.
