My order says “Delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?Updated 3 months ago
We know how frustrating this can be — here’s what to do if your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up yet:
First, give it 48 hours
Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” prematurely, even though they’re still on the way. Our carriers ask that we wait 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) before filing a claim.
In the meantime, try the following:
Check your tracking info — it may include notes about where the package was left (mailbox, porch, etc.)
Look around your home or building, including side doors, mailboxes, or garages
Ask neighbors or building management — they may have accepted the package for you
Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation to ensure it was correct
