You can cancel your order yourself within one hour of placing it directly on our website by using the confirmation message you received from us.

After that, you’re welcome to email us at [email protected] with your cancellation request — but please note: our fulfillment team moves fast, and we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to stop the shipment in time. If we’re able to cancel it, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, your order is on its way and can no longer be canceled.
