Do you accept returns?Updated 3 months ago

We don’t normally accept returns, but we understand that special circumstances can arise.

If you’d like to return a product that is unopened, undamaged, and in resellable condition, please email us at [email protected] to explain your situation. We’ll be happy to review it on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

How to Return by Mail

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label

  3. Print the label and drop off your return at any U.S. Postal Service location

Return Fee

A $10.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our policy criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
